Creator Video License — version 1.0

This license is supplied by the seller identified on your purchase receipt.
It applies to the five music tracks supplied in your purchased Creative Morning
pack and their included short previews. The purchaser is the individual or
business identified by the order.

PERMITTED USE
To the extent of the rights the seller holds and can grant, your completed
purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual permission to combine
these tracks with your own videos or videos you produce for clients. This
includes monetized creator videos, tutorials, social videos, advertisements and
business videos. You may trim, fade, loop and mix the music to fit those videos.
There is no recurring subscription payment under this license and no per-video
royalty payable to the seller. Attribution to LJMP is appreciated but is
not required by this license.

LIMITS
Do not resell, share or distribute the music as standalone audio, as a music
library, in a downloadable template or as a competing music pack. A client may
publish the finished video you deliver, but does not receive permission to
redistribute the source music. Do not register these tracks in Content ID or
another exclusive audio-claiming system. Do not claim to have composed the
original tracks or imply endorsement by an unrelated artist.

NATURE OF THE MATERIAL
The music was generated with Suno. This is a non-exclusive license: other
customers may use the same music. It is not an assignment of exclusive copyright
and does not promise that copyright protection exists in every jurisdiction.
It does not grant rights in third-party footage, trademarks, voices or other
material you add to a project. No guarantee is made that an automated platform
will never raise an audio claim. Keep the receipt and contact the seller if a
claim concerns music supplied in this pack.

The supplied animation and comparison player are demonstration materials for
evaluating the music, not a separate stock-footage or software-resale license.
Mandatory rights and remedies available to a consumer under applicable law
are not excluded by these terms.
